With local labs in stores, eye exams, and same-day delivery, customers can get their eyewear quickly. This role offers a competitive earning potential, including base pay ($20-$25) and incentives. The Retail Manager, under the direction of the General Manager, will be responsible for professionally assisting customers with eyewear purchases, focusing on sales, merchandising, and customer experience, along with administrative duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Experience working in the optical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a manager or designated lead associate is on duty at all times.
• Ensure all employees use the "lifestyle" selling approach.
• Maintain store sales goals at or above company standards.
• Ensure total patient satisfaction and resolve any patient complaints.
• Act as Eyemart's ambassador by following and enforcing all company policies.
• Maintain a quality medical/retail environment.
• Receive stock, maintain proper merchandising, and conduct monthly inventory.
