This role serves as primary administrative support for bureau staff, managing incoming calls, distributing mail, preparing professional correspondence, coordinating copying, incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining select electronic bureau files. It also provides primary support for the Florida Forest Service main incoming telephone line.
