About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Assist in development of project standard operating procedures and forms. Assist with regulatory compliance reporting. Coordinate day-to-day logistics for research project. Recruit and retain participants; administer research procedures and assessments. Collect, enter, and manage data; track project milestones; collect, manage, and report metrics of research success including grants, grant dollars, publications. Respond to all e-mails in a timely manner. Ensure that study activities are implemented and completed within time frames to meet research objectives. Utilize project management software. Assist with manuscript preparation and project development and reporting. Supervise research team members and contribute to training and supervision of undergraduate and graduate research assistants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Behavior, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Public Health, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Health Education and Behavior, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
  • Four years of relevant experience in human subject research; experience with project coordination, data management, and basic analysis techniques
  • Experience with research conducted in community and clinical settings, NIH-funded projects, and IRB submission.
