The Anita Zucker Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Studies at the University of Florida is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic part-time Research Assistant (20 hours/week) for a grant-funded research project focused on examining the effects of professional development on the practices of practitioners who work infants and toddlers receiving early intervention services. This individual will observe pre-recorded videos of home visits and use a structured observation system to code specific behaviors of practitioners, caregivers, and children as they engage in everyday routines. This individual will also assist with data processing and quality assurance activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and reliability, along with ongoing communication with the research team. This position is grant-funded and time-limited.
