Requirements

  • Six or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing special events and workshops.
  • Maintain lists of elected officials.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance.
  • Process and track company-wide sponsorship requests, annual membership renewals, and conference registrations, including coordinating calendars and booking travel when necessary.
  • Help coordinate Community Grants presentations and meetings and prepare gift bags or order promotional materials, when needed.
  • Serve as a resource on various aspects of department operations.
