About The Position
This position is responsible for setting and tearing down plasma separation and filtration machines to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent safety record with no active safety violations
- No suspensions in the previous 12 months
- Completion of a 90-day probationary period
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated dependability in meeting work schedules and job responsibilities
- Knowledge of and ability to follow HACCP, GMP, food safety, and other applicable company policies and procedures
- Ability to safely work around moving equipment and machinery while following established safety procedures
- Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
