About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Orlando, Florida. Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!
Requirements
- Skilled Ophthalmologist
- MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds
- Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
- Salary based on experience with two models: Base + production (30% past 3x base in collections) or Straight % of net collections (with 1-year base guarantee)
- Full-time, 5 days/week (some offices may offer a 4-day option)
- Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities
- Perform 400–1,000 procedures annually
- See an average of 30–40 patients per day
- Share call duties equally among MDs and ODs
