About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Panama City, Florida! Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Requirements

• Skilled Ophthalmologist
• MDs supported with at least 1 Tech and Scribe as volume builds
• Call shared equally among MDs and ODs
• Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads!
• Low turnover rate (4%)
• Salary based on experience with two models: Base + Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections) or Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)

Nice To Haves

• Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
• Equity grants available for hard-to-fill markets (up to $100K in stock Day 1)

Responsibilities

• Perform 400-1,000 procedures annually.
• Support ODs.
• Share call equally among MDs and ODs.
• See an average of 30-40 patients per day.
