About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in New Orleans, Louisiana! Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Requirements

Skilled Ophthalmologist.
MDs supported with at least 1 Tech and Scribe as volume builds.
Support of ODs!
Call shared equally among MDs and ODs.
Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads!
Low turnover rate (4%).
Average 30-40 patients/day.
Collegial group with strong collaboration!

Nice To Haves

Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in).
Equity grants available for hard-to-fill markets (up to $100K in stock Day 1).

Responsibilities

Perform 400-1,000 procedures annually.
Deliver excellent patient care.
Collaborate with a collegial team.
Share call duties equally among MDs and ODs.
