About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Requirements

• Skilled Ophthalmologist
• MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds
• Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
• Salary based on experience with two models: Base + production (30% past 3x base in collections) or Straight % of net collections (with 1-year base guarantee)
• Full-time, 5 days/week (some offices may offer a 4-day option)
• Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform 400–1,000 procedures annually
• See an average of 30–40 patients per day
• Share call duties equally among MDs and ODs
