About The Position

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Production Operator, you will be accountable for operating production equipment and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products consistently meet quality, food safety, and operational standards. This role is critical to maintaining efficient production flow, supporting food safety compliance, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production equipment operation and product specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.
• Ability to maintain production documentation and records accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery operations, or consumer packaged goods production.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, equipment settings, and material levels to support efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Inspect work areas, machinery, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues to minimize downtime and maintain production performance.
• Communicate safety, quality, maintenance, hygiene, and production concerns to appropriate personnel.
