About The Position
We are seeking a Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift 1 Palletizer Operator to join our team at our bakery location. As a Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift 1 Palletizer Operator, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food production. This role is critical to ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications, food safety requirements, and production targets.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills related to production equipment and processes.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, production schedules, and recipes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Nice To Haves
- Food manufacturing or bakery production experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Experience operating automated production equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Experience completing production documentation and quality records.
Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to support efficient and consistent production output.
- Maintain production materials and supplies to minimize operational interruptions.
- Complete production documentation and reports accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns.
- Follow production schedules, recipes, GMPs, and operating procedures to ensure consistent results.
