Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Nashville. The role involves building a local football operation and community, with the freedom to shape the operation while receiving systems, expertise, and ongoing support from the company’s Singapore headquarters. Support includes a technology platform for app, payments, and operations; proven operating systems and processes; and guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Nashville.
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
