About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Nashville. The role involves building the local operation and making football more accessible by developing partnerships, managing operations, and growing a community of players. The operator has freedom to shape the local business, with systems, expertise, technology, and ongoing support from Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters.

The headquarters provides a platform for app, payments, and operations, proven operating systems and processes, and guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. Stranger Soccer is an international football platform founded in Singapore, operating in more than 10 cities and having hosted over 100,000 games.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Nashville.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
