About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Phoenix. The role involves building a local football operation and making the sport more accessible in the city, while drawing on the systems, expertise, and support of Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters.

The operator will develop partnerships with local football venues, recruit and support Official Hosts and team members, lead marketing initiatives, oversee game operations, and improve and expand the local business. Headquarters provides a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, established processes, and ongoing guidance in operations, marketing, and growth. The opportunity is performance-driven, with rewards tied to the operator’s success.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
