About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Minneapolis. The role involves building and operating a local football operation, making football more accessible, and developing an active community of players. The operator will shape the local operation while receiving systems, expertise, and ongoing support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters. Support includes a technology platform for apps, payments, and operations; established operating systems and processes; and guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. Stranger Soccer is an international brand founded in Singapore that operates in more than 10 cities and has hosted over 100,000 games.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Minneapolis.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
