About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in New York. The Operator & License Owner will build and operate a local football operation, grow a community of players, and make football more accessible in the city. The role offers the freedom to shape the local operation with support from Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters, including its technology platform, established operating systems and processes, and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in New York.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
