About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in New York. This entrepreneurial opportunity involves building and operating a local football operation, expanding access to the game, and developing a community of players. The operator will shape the local operation with systems, expertise, and support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters. Headquarters support includes a technology platform for app, payments, and operations; proven operating systems and processes; and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in New York.
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
