About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in New York. This entrepreneurial opportunity involves building and operating a local football operation to make football more accessible in the city, while receiving systems, expertise, and support from the company’s Singapore headquarters. The role includes building local partnerships, managing operations, and growing an active community of players. The operator will have the freedom to shape the local operation and will receive a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, proven operating systems and processes, and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. The opportunity is described as performance-driven, with rewards driven by the operator’s success.
Requirements

- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
