About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking an Operator Level 1 to join its Demand Management team. The role involves planning and moving materials, staging and preparing orders, maintaining supplies and department machinery as needed, and supporting efficient department operations. The operator works collaboratively with the Demand Manager and communicates continuously with the Department Manager and team members. The schedule alternates between Sunday through Tuesday in Week 1 and Sunday through Wednesday in Week 2, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Operate forklifts and Walkie Riders.
• Use a computer proficiently to enter and obtain production and project-related information and respond to emails efficiently.
• Read and perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Maintain excellent attendance.
• Work with little to no supervision.
• Pass the company background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, move, stage, and/or prepare orders and materials continuously.
• Work collaboratively with the Demand Manager.
• Maintain materials and supply levels for each department and maintain department machinery as required.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Department Manager and team members.
• Support the department in maintaining its budget and operating expenses.
