Fabrication Operator - Level 1
About The Position
Eagle Crusher is hiring a Fabrication Operator - Level 1 to operate drills, saws, and other metal-fabricating machinery. The operator sets up equipment and produces parts to specified dimensions, handles materials carefully, checks parts against quality specifications, and reports defective materials or operating concerns to a supervisor. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of metal manufacturing experience, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to read measuring devices. Candidates must be able to commit to a flexible schedule and arrive promptly for shifts.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate metal-fabricating machinery to produce parts of various dimensions.
- Load and unload material into drill presses, saws, and other fabricating equipment carefully and with attention to detail.
- Check parts for size and other conditions to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Detect and report defective material, operating difficulties, and questionable conditions to a supervisor.
