About The Position
The Fabrication Operator runs equipment to accurately place and solder electronic components onto PCBs. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to learn and work with manufacturing machines of various sizes and specialized configurations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Fast and self-initiating learning.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Some electronic experience.
