About The Position

The Operator III operates aseptic filling equipment and supports production in an aseptic area. The role includes operating ointment and basic solution/suspension filling equipment, transferring components into the aseptic area, maintaining the production area to prevent cross-contamination, disinfecting lines and completing line clearances, operating the Continuous Particle Monitoring System, and maintaining OEE records and standards. The operator documents activities and operations accurately and promptly in batch records, completes required training, and supports operational excellence, environmental health and safety, GMP, and ISO initiatives. The position is located in Tampa, Florida, and is scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The listed starting pay is $20.00.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
Good documentation and math skills.
Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Operate automated aseptic filling line equipment for ointment and basic solution/suspension.
Transfer components into the aseptic area.
Maintain the production area to prevent cross-contamination through line clearance.
Disinfect aseptic filling lines after each run and perform line clearance.
Operate the Continuous Particle Monitoring System.
Maintain OEE, including system entry and standards.
Document all activities and operations accurately and on time in the batch record.
Complete and maintain required annual training, including SOP, EHS, and HR training.
Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
Maintain GMP, ISO, and EHS awareness and compliance in the respective area.
Participate in OpEx improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and OEE improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
