Operator III | Swing Shift (Tuesday-Friday)
About The Position
The Operator III operates aseptic filling equipment and performs related activities to support production. Responsibilities include equipment operation, component transfer into the aseptic area, line clearance and disinfection, continuous particle monitoring, maintaining OEE records and standards, and accurate, timely batch-record documentation. The position also supports training, operational excellence, environmental, health and safety initiatives, and compliance with GMP and ISO requirements in the assigned area. The role is based in Tampa, Florida, and works Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The stated starting pay is $20.00. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
- Good documentation and math skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities
- Operate automated aseptic filling line equipment for ointment and basic solution/suspension products.
- Transfer components into the aseptic area.
- Maintain the production area to prevent cross-contamination through line clearance.
- Disinfect aseptic filling lines after each run and perform line clearance.
- Operate the Continuous Particle Monitoring System.
- Maintain OEE through system entry and adherence to standards.
- Document activities and operations correctly and on time in batch records.
- Complete and maintain required SOP, EHS, and HR training during the year.
- Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
- Maintain GMP, ISO, and EHS awareness and compliance in the assigned area.
- Participate in OpEx improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and OEE improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
