About The Position

The Operator III operates aseptic filling equipment for ointment and basic solution or suspension products. The role includes disinfection and line clearance, transfer of components into the aseptic area, equipment operation, production documentation, and monitoring production performance. The position is located in Tampa, Florida, and works Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The starting pay is $20.00.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
Good documentation and math skills.
Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Operate automated aseptic filling line equipment for ointment and basic solution or suspension products.
Transfer components into the aseptic area.
Maintain the production area to prevent cross-contamination, including performing line clearance.
Disinfect aseptic filling lines after each run and perform line clearance.
Operate the Continuous Particle Monitoring System.
Maintain OEE through system entry and adherence to standards.
Document activities and operations correctly and on time in batch records.
Complete and maintain required annual training, including SOP, EHS, and HR training.
Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
Assume responsibility for GMP, ISO, and EHS awareness and compliance in the assigned area.
Attend and participate in OpEx improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and OEE improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
