About The Position

The Operator III operates aseptic filling equipment for ointment and basic solution/suspension production. The role includes equipment and line disinfection, line clearance, transfer of components into the aseptic area, and accurate, timely batch-record documentation. The operator also monitors production performance and supports quality, safety, and operational excellence requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• Good documentation and math skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated aseptic filling line equipment for ointment and basic solution/suspension.
• Transfer components into the aseptic area.
• Maintain the production area to prevent cross-contamination through line clearance.
• Disinfect aseptic filling lines after each run and perform line clearance.
• Operate the Continuous Particle Monitoring System.
• Maintain OEE through system entry and adherence to standards.
• Document all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record.
• Complete required annual training, including SOP, EHS, and HR training.
• Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
• Maintain GMP, ISO, and EHS awareness and compliance within the assigned area.
• Attend and participate in OpEx improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and OEE improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
