About The Position

Insight Hospital and Medical Center Chicago is building a full-service community hospital in the Bronzeville area of Chicago. We are dedicated to delivering world-class service and compassionate, loving, expert, and impactful care to our patients. We are looking for individuals to join our team and provide patient care second to none.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Computer skills required
• Must be able to work weekend, holidays, afternoon and evening shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/Chinese)

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a timely manner with proper greeting and a smile in your voice.
• Paging for staff members.
• Calling in Emergency Surgery Teams.
• Perform duties under stressful situations.
• Work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Perform duties in a highly confidential manner, following the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center.
• Provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and guests.
