About The Position

Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Guest Services professional to provide a warm and welcoming introduction to our facility, setting the tone for an exceptional care experience. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various communication channels. The ideal candidate will also perform administrative tasks, maintain confidentiality, and ensure prompt resolution of resident and family concerns.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to maintain a professional dress code and adhere to our uniform policy

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming introduction to our facility, setting the tone for an exceptional care experience
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a professional, personable, and friendly demeanor in all interactions
• Handle a variety of communication situations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Practice good judgment and maintain a calm, focused, and patient disposition, even in high-pressure situations
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of resident and family concerns
