About The Position

The Emblem Sew Operator measures, marks, and sews emblems onto garments according to specifications. The role also checks logo placement, striping, pockets, and other garment options, and corrects errors when needed. The operator helps maintain a safe, clean work environment and supports high-quality, efficient production through precision, reliability, proactive maintenance, problem-solving, dependability, and teamwork.

The position is scheduled for the first shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required daily and on Saturdays.

Requirements

• Basic communication skills, including the ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills for measuring and marking garments.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Flexibility and the ability to work positively with others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Ability to sit for 8 hours.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary, including potentially daily and on Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Sewing or embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
