About The Position
Operate or tend sewing machines to sew or adhere emblems onto garments. The role involves reviewing daily order paperwork, preparing sewing-machine materials, positioning garments, and guiding them through the machine while working at a fast pace to meet daily production goals. Other duties may be assigned as requested. The position requires working closely with others, basic computer knowledge, punctuality, a positive work attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the hand and arm steady while moving or holding them in position. Physical activities include sitting, standing, walking, lifting over 75 pounds, bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Review daily order paperwork for quantity, colors, emblem logo, shape, and size.
- Place spools of thread, cord, or other materials on spindles, insert bobbins, and thread machine guides and components.
- Position items under needles using machine marks, clamps, templates, or cloth as guides.
- Guide garments or garment parts under machine needles and presser feet to sew labels into garments.
- Work at a fast pace to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as requested.
