About The Position

Workwear Outfitters is seeking a Special Sew Operator to support department operations and maintain high-quality production. The role assists the Supervisor with daily activities, keeps departmental workflows and processes moving, and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The operator uses specialized sewing skills to handle complex materials, operate machinery, uphold quality standards, and contribute to team productivity.

This is a second-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Daily overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Requirements

• Sewing experience.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be quality-minded.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AS/400, MOJO, email, and Microsoft Excel.
