About The Position

The Special Sew Operator measures, marks, and sews garments according to specifications, checking logo placements, striping, pockets, and other garment options. The role focuses on producing high-quality work consistently, supporting team efficiency, and maintaining attention to detail. Precision, speed, and consistency help meet specifications while minimizing errors and waste. The operator follows procedures carefully and maintains equipment to support smooth production flow and dependable output. The position is on the first shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Requirements

• Observe the attendance policy.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets.
• Be able to sit for 8 hours and work overtime when necessary.
• Be able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills.
• Have basic math skills for measuring and marking garments.

Nice To Haves

• Sewing experience is preferred.
