About The Position

The Operator C produces quality products according to provided specifications and equipment. The role involves safely operating manufacturing equipment, performing repetitive production tasks and in-process quality checks, and working with team members to meet production goals. Additional job activities may be added as business and production needs require.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to follow oral and written communications.
Ability to read and understand provided work instructions.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of equipment while maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
Follow safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment.
Safely operate stamping presses, assembly equipment, and machining equipment.
Use PLCs, load and unload machines, conduct detailed inspections, use measuring devices and gauges to check tolerances, and perform final assembly and packaging, including box construction, label placement, and taping.
Work safely on a raised platform.
Operate a computer.
Perform repetitive operations according to provided work instructions.
Use fixtures, jigs, and hand tools as needed to position or move components and parts properly.
Detect obvious defects and take necessary measures to correct them.
Work proactively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform in-process quality checks as required.
Perform other duties and projects as determined by business and production needs.
