About The Position

SBA Home North Carolina is seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Machine Operators for its 3rd-shift production team at its furniture manufacturing facility. The facility uses advanced robotics and automated manufacturing technology. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read measurements using calipers and the metric system.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good attendance.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure machines operate efficiently and meet production goals.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify equipment issues.
• Use calipers and metric measurements to verify product specifications.
• Inspect products to maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
