If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse, you will be accountable for safely and efficiently handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations through the use of material handling equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 1 year of deep reach forklift experience or equivalent training
  • Valid forklift operator license
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete required documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs with assistance; ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills across departments (Production, QA, Sanitation)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of inventory movements within the warehouse
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Support warehouse and production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Identify, report, and escalate equipment or safety issues to management promptly
