About The Position

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery– Production to join their team at the Cayce, SC bakery. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient and safe manufacturing processes that meet Aspire Bakeries’ standards. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
Basic equipment knowledge with troubleshooting ability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma
Experience in food manufacturing environments
Experience working with automated production equipment
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with production schedules, changeovers, and run orders

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and food safety compliance
Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and records
Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Identify and communicate production, equipment, or safety issues in a timely manner
Follow GMPs and established production processes to maintain operational excellence
Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production activities
Contribute to team success by supporting overall production goals and additional assigned tasks
