About The Position

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery Production, you will be accountable for operating production equipment, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing processes aligned with Aspire Bakeries’ standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
Basic equipment knowledge with troubleshooting ability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma
Experience in food manufacturing environments
Experience working with automated production equipment
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with production schedules, changeovers, and run orders

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and food safety
Maintain accurate production documentation and records to support operations
Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas in compliance with safety standards
Identify and communicate production, equipment, or safety issues in a timely manner
Follow GMPs and standardized processes to maintain operational excellence
Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production activities
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and support overall operations
