As a Mixing Operator II, you will be accountable for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipe specifications, ensuring dough meets required texture and temperature characteristics. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and high‑quality dough production that supports downstream processing on the Rheon Line.
