Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift operation experience
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 lbs safely
• Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting English documents
• Basic math competency
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening and comprehensive background check prior to employment

Nice To Haves

• Five years of warehouse or related operational experience
• Experience adhering to scientific or analytical processes
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards in warehouse settings

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse
• Lift, carry, and transport items weighing over 50 lbs, following all safety protocols
• Accurately receive, store, and ship inventory according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Read, understand, and execute written instructions and protocols in English
• Perform basic math calculations to maintain accurate inventory and documentation
• Adhere to established quality guidelines and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
