Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of industry-related work experience
Solid attention to detail
Teamwork and strong documentation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
Familiarity with computers and standard business software
Competency in basic mathematics
Successful completion of a background check required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in packaging operations or medical device manufacturing
Knowledge of GMP or FDA-regulated environments
Experience handling hazardous materials

Responsibilities

Inspect, label, and manually package clinical and commercial products with precision
Ensure all packaging meets stringent quality and procedural standards
Remove defective products and materials to maintain consistent quality
Accurately document all packaging activities, including batch records and inventory counts
Assist with inventory counting and control processes
Participate actively in daily safety discussions and safety audits
Clean and maintain packaging stations and equipment to required standards
Follow all personal protective equipment and contamination control procedures
Handle hazardous cleaning solutions safely and responsibly
Perform basic math calculations to support batch completion
