About The Position

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Operator 1 in Packaging Operations. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months’ industry experience in manufacturing or packaging
Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed documentation and procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills
Proficient in teamwork and communication
Familiarity with computer software for documentation and inventory

Nice To Haves

5 years’ relevant manufacturing/packaging experience
Advanced documentation or inventory management skills

Responsibilities

Conduct manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished products to meet quality and customer standards
Verify in-process packaging components for consistency, removing defective materials as required
Accurately document manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts
Complete basic mathematical calculations to finalize batch records
Participate in inventory counting and safety audits; engage in daily safety discussions
Maintain clean packaging stations and process equipment
Adhere strictly to PPE and contamination control protocols, including gowning
Handle hazardous waste according to standards
Remain open to overtime and flexible work hours to meet operational needs
