Requirements
- 1–8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, or facility management (level dependent on specific role).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency with operational software/tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of leading teams (required for Manager/Supervisor levels).
- Comfort working in dynamic, hands-on, or field-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily city operations, manage cross-functional teams, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and scale market presence while managing local budgets.
- Direct daily warehouse operations, enforce safety protocols, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team of maintenance specialists to meet repair targets.
- Execute daily fleet deployment and relocation to match rider demand, conduct battery swaps, basic diagnostics, and field maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety standards, and minimize equipment downtime.
