Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset.
Respond to customer inquiries
Contact new leads and schedule consultations.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for both the sales and installation teams.
Update customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company software systems.
Monitor lead activity and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with order tracking, customer updates, and issue resolution.
Support warehouse and operations processes as needed.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with sales, installation, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Contribute positively to team culture and company goals.
