About The Position
At Gateway Services, we help families through one of life's most difficult moments by providing compassionate pet aftercare services. As an Operational Team Member, you'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day. No previous industry experience is required, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. Caring for pets and supporting grieving families can be emotionally demanding. Every Care Center Team Member has access to Gateway CarePath, our confidential emotional wellness and resilience program designed specifically for employees working in pet aftercare.
Requirements
- Enjoy hands-on, physical work.
- Pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
- Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
- Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
