As an Operations Team Member (Machine Helper), you will play a vital role in our daily operations by preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with machine operators and shift teams to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience.
Basic computer literacy (proficiency with production applications).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit).
Willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Serves as a role model for safe work practices and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Takes pride in delivering high-quality work, identifying root causes of issues, and continuous learning.
Strong focus on open communication, collaboration, and supporting teammates to reach common goals.

Responsibilities

Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards.
Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders simultaneously, and keep work stations stocked with packaging materials.
Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to keep production running smoothly.
Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model.
Participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
