About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Operations Team Lead for its Logistics Center in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. The role supports smooth, cost-effective daily operations and helps meet internal and external customer needs by leading the team, maintaining productivity and efficiency, and upholding safety and quality standards. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., and compensation is $26–$27 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage and optimize logistics operations.
• Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Experience monitoring daily production goals and adjusting strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and frequently walk, carry, reach, stand, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and provide constructive performance feedback to team members to support productivity, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources to complete job assignments on time.
• Monitor operational activities and prepare reports for designated personnel to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for team members, escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessary, and promote open and inclusive communication.
