About The Position

The Material Handler supports facility operations by moving materials and inventory, constructing packaging boxes, picking merchandise, verifying orders, labeling products, and using a handheld scanner. The role helps GXO provide supply chain solutions to its customers. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., plus four hours on Saturday.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a material handler.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
