About The Position

PreCon Precast Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Systems Analyst to support business operations through reporting, systems administration, work order management, and cross-functional project coordination. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, IT, Purchasing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing analytics is considered an asset.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
Experience with workforce management software is considered an asset.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in manufacturing analytics is considered an asset.
Experience with workforce management software is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute weekly labour reports for Production and Construction operations.
Manage hardware work orders, including setup, tracking, labour hour allocation, and closure.
Support the administration and ongoing enhancement of the Maintenance App and related maintenance processes.
Assist with the implementation and support of business systems and process improvement initiatives.
Provide user support and training for JD Edwards (JDE).
Supporting operations on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Production Planning System (PPS).
Collaborate closely with the Information Technology team on projects, system improvements, and operational initiatives.
Serve as a backup resource for Purchasing activities as required.
Develop ad hoc reports, data analysis, and special projects to support business decision-making.
Work with stakeholders across multiple departments to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
Other duties as may be assigned based on business needs.
