About The Position

Eurofins Agroscience Services (EAS) is seeking a temporary, full time Technician to work with our Sample Milling team in Columbia, MO. The Operations Support Technician responsibilities include using appropriate software applications to track receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and/or archiving of test materials. This role involves receiving, creating IDs, logging-in, and storing materials upon receipt, as well as moving or transferring materials between departments. The technician will check materials in and out as requested by study personnel, maintain proper paperwork, and handle the return, disposal, or archiving of materials at study finalization. A key aspect of this role is ensuring adherence to all current SOPs, Good Laboratory Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Processes (CGMP), and relevant regulations (USDA, DOT, EPA, MDNR, OSHA, FDA, etc.) for quarantined matrices, genetically altered crops, and all materials/samples. The position also requires maintaining accurate and legible documentation and performing routine tasks for calibration of balances. Additionally, the technician will assist in unloading trucks and storing materials appropriately.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities
