About The Position

The Milling/Singulation Technician will operate as part of a team of 5+ milling technicians in a state-of-the-art and digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah. Our Milling Technicians operate advanced milling and nesting software to produce top-tier dental restorations. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps
High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
Very high attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player attitude and willingness to help others to help the team exceed expectations
Natural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quickly
Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to prioritize
Excellent communication and listening skills

Nice To Haves

Worked in a dental lab, specifically in a milling and/or nesting department
Deep knowledge with different nesting softwares, specifically hyperDent
Part of a nesting / milling department with 20+ mills before
Worked with Arum mills before (e.g., 5X-500, 5X-500L, 5X-200)
Nested / milled both generic and custom titanium abutments in-house
Outstanding professional references to share

Responsibilities

Operate milling nesting software(s) to orient and properly support dental products (e.g., crown, bridge, abutment) in a fast-paced environment
Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products
Quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental lab
Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., nesting operating procedures) and lead by example
Work with other team members to identify and quickly address bottlenecks
